Services

Three things we do

01 — 03

01

Equipment maintenance

We audit the fleet, digitise the documentation and agree the scope of service. We provide multilingual technical support based on the manufacturer's documentation and travel on site for diagnostics, maintenance and fault repair.

Requests are accepted around the clock; engineers join according to the agreed schedule. A fault log for every machine, maintenance tracking and regular reports to management.

For equipment ownersUnder a service contract

02

Equipment selection for a task

We select equipment to replace existing machines or for new production tasks — taking into account the customer's requirements and the condition of the current fleet. We prepare 2–3 supplier proposals for comparison and choice.

We rely on a base of proven suppliers and our own operating experience. The purchasing procedure and the supplier are decided by the customer.

03

Local service partner for manufacturers

We provide maintenance and multilingual technical support for your customers abroad. We travel on site for diagnostics, maintenance and fault repair and coordinate the work with the manufacturer and the customer.

We keep maintenance logs and monitor compliance with the operating documentation. After each incident — a technical report with the diagnosis, work performed and recommendations.

Scope of work

CNC systems

Fanuc · Siemens · Heidenhain · Mitsubishi. We do not service Mazatrol or Haas NGC.

On-site coverage

Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Northern Italy (Trieste, Venice, Verona), Germany, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan. Remote support — without geographical limits.

Spare parts

Supplied when needed under a separate contract.

Who it is for

Plants that need service support for equipment from foreign suppliers — when the manufacturer's service is far away or speaks another language.

How it works

One ticket — from a voice message to a machine log entry

Example · sample data

  1. 09:12 · Operator · Telegram

“Error 1017 on the screen, spindle positioning. Second time this shift. The machine is down”
    Photo of the CNC screen

Machine: VM-1580 · assigned to the operator

The operator gets in touch however is convenient — text, voice or photo, in their own language. The ticket is tied to a specific machine.

  2. 09:14 · Answer · in the operator's language

Code 1017 — spindle positioning. Per the manual: 1) stop the spindle and switch off the power; 2) check the proximity switch that detects spindle rotation; 3) clear the error with RESET. As the error has recurred, the ticket has been passed to an engineer.

    SourceOperating manual · section 7.3 “Alarm messages” · p. 142

The operator gets specific guidance from their own machine's documentation right in the chat — in their language, without searching through manuals.

  3. 09:50 · Engineer · in the chat

09:41 · Operator“Switch is fine. Error again after reset” + photo

    Ticket #37 · VM-1580with engineer

Priority: high — the machine is down. A Lyntera engineer has joined the chat; the section supervisor has been notified.

When the documentation is not enough — a real engineer in the same chat. The operator does not have to repeat anything.

  4. Machine log VM-1580

    09:12#37 opened · code 1017
    09:50engineer joined the chat
11:05closed · proximity switch replaced by the shop electrician
    Totaldowntime 1 h 53 min · 3rd occurrence of 1017 this year
    PMscheduled — 14 Oct 2026, on plan

The history of every machine stays with the plant. Recurring faults are visible and help plan maintenance.

Operator

Their own machines and requests. Sends text, a voice message or a photo and receives guidance in their own language.

Section / shop supervisor

Equipment of their department: open tickets, downtime and the maintenance schedule.

Plant management

The whole fleet by department: current status, equipment history and summary reports.

Lyntera engineer

Tickets and equipment history within their area of responsibility. Runs diagnostics, follows the resolution through and performs the work on site.

Each role sees data within its own area of responsibility. Department structure of any depth.
